At Vardine, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the carpet must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Customized or special-order carpets

Items marked as “final sale”
